According to the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS), the average age of patients undergoing invasive cosmetic surgery has increased by two years. The findings were based on data collected by the AACS from 2002 until 2007.

A group of scientists presented a study at the 61st Annual American Academy of Dermatology meeting showing that men need twice the amount of Botox® than women do to achieve similar results. The researchers found that the reason why men need more Botox® is due the greater thickness and muscle tone of male skin.
