people are surprised to learn that surgical reduction of
breast size is a common plastic surgical procedure. A breast
reduction removes fat, glandular tissue, and excessive skin,
resulting in smaller, lighter and firmer breasts that are
better-shaped in proportion to the rest of the body. A breast
reduction is not done for cosmetic purposes alone: a significant
