We have decided to ask our patients for testimonials and reviews. This allows us to “get the word out” about Dr. O’Toole and our staff.

Reviews are very quick and simple. I have offered links and instructions below. You may choose one or more to fill out.

They simply have our patients rate us on a “star” scale, 1-5 stars. They ask no more than 10 questions about your experience with Dr. O’Toole and our staff.

For Google+ Local, click on the link above and then click “Write a Review.” Fill in the information and submit. You will then be asked to log in if you aren’t already. A  Google+ account will be needed. You can set one up with your Gmail, YouTube or other Google login.

For Yelp, you must have an account and log in. Then use the link above and click the “Write a review” button. Save when you are finished!

Go to Dr. O'Toole's RealSelf page and click "Write a Review." Answer the short questions and click Submit.  You can log in with Facebook or create a RealSelf account to post.  You can also be reminded to update your review post in a week, month, or several months.

For Real Patient Ratings, you will get an invitation after your appointment to fill out a review. Then you can see it on Dr. O'Toole's profile!

The link above brings you to our Yahoo page.  Click "Write a review" and sign into your Yahoo account.  Fill out the box with your comments and click "Post Reviews."

For Vitals, click on the link above and click the "Review this Doctor" tab. Then fill out the questionnaire and add a testimonial if you'd like. Then click "Submit". Then enter your email address and you’re done!
