Case 1: Breast Augmentation

This is a 32 year old, mother of two who had lost some volume in the upper part of her breasts. She is 5ft. 6in., 123 pounds and was wearing a 34B bra. She chose high profile McGhan style 68HP saline implants. They were 600 cc implants which were overfilled to the maximum 640 cc. They were placed under her pectoral muscle to minimize wrinkling in the upper part. This gave her the 34D size and shape she wanted.
