Case 10: Breast Augmentation
This 19 year old wanted implants to bring her from an A cup to a C. She had never had any children but plans to in the future. She is 5 ft. 3 in. and weighs 114 lbs. She was wearing a 32 A before and became a full C after. The implants are Inamed 425 cc high profile saline and were filled to 455 cc. They were placed through incisions around the nipples and were put under the muscles. She was happy with the size after but developed some faint stretch marks on the lower part of her breasts.
