Case 11: Breast Augmentation

This is a 33 year old African American who had three children ans came for a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck since she plans to have no future pregnancies. She is 5 ft 7 in and 148 pounds. She wore a 34 B and chose McGhan 400 cc high profile saline implants. The implants were placed through the fold under her breast and into the pocket behind her muscle. They were filled to 430 cc and she now wears a 36D bra.
