Case 2: Breast Augmentation

This is a 32 year old mother of two. She breast fed both of her children and lost volume afterward. She is 5 ft. 7 in. and weighs 130 lbs. She wore a 34-A bra and chose Mentor high profile 380 cc saline implants. They were filled to 400 cc on the right and 420 cc on the left to correct her asymmetry. The implants were places under the pectoralis muscles and the scar was made in the fold under the breast. Her final bra size was a 34-C.
