Case 5: Breast Augmentation

This is a 27 year old lady who had two children and breast fed for a short while. She lost some volume in the upper part of her breasts and wanted more fullness. She is 5 ft 8 and weighs 127 lbs. She wore a 34 B before surgery and ended up with a full 34 C afterwards. The implants are 421 cc moderate profile silicone gel and were placed under her muscle. The scars are around her nipples.
