Case 7: Breast Augmentation

This is a 39 year old mother of three who lost volume in her upper breasts after childbirth. She is 5 ft 5 in and weighs 126 lbs and wears a 34 B bra. She only wanted to be like she was before children and therefore chose 270 cc saline implants. These were placed under the muscle through an incision in her breast fold. The implants were fill to the recommended maximum of 300 cc. Six months later, she had larger 430 cc implants exchanged to get the size she wanted 34 C.
