Case 8: Breast Augmentation

This 23 year old began wearing a 32-A bra and wanted to be a full B or small C. She plans to have children and would like to breast feed. She is 5 ft. 2 in. and weighs 105 lbs. Her implants are Inamed moderate profile 300 cc saline and are filled to 330 cc on both sides. Her scars are around the nipples because she did not have a sharp fold under her breasts before. The implants are under the pectoralis muscles.
