Case 9: Breast Augmentation

This 36 year old had two children and has since lost 50 pounds. She lost quite a bit of breast volume and decided to have a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck at the same time. She is 5 ft 2 and weighs 120 lbs. She wore a 32 B before getting High profile saline implants filled to 400 cc. She wore a 32 C after surgery. Her scars are under the breast folds. Interestingly, at a future operation for liposuction, she had 50 cc removed from each implant and now she is much happier.
