Facelift

Working through these incisions, Dr. O’Toole manipulates the facial tissue, removing excess fat and tightening the underlying muscle. The incisions are then carefully closed. Every facelift procedure that Dr. O’Toole performs is personalized to fit the needs of the individual patient and produce the most natural results. The change in the final look is subtle, yet patients are visibly more youthful-looking.
Patients who receive facelifts at Dr. O’Toole’s office are up and about in a day or two, but it is advised that they take at least one week off of work after surgery to allow for healing. Brow Lift
Creasing in the forehead area due to aging can change a person’s face significantly and cause him or her to look perpetually worried, tired, sad, or angry. The brow may droop, perhaps causing the eyelid skin to droop as well. All of these problems and more can be improved with brow lift surgery, a procedure that smoothes the forehead area and reduces the prominence of lines, furrows, and sagging in this region of the face.
Endoscopic brow lift surgery is performed through several small incisions made behind the hairline on the upper part of the forehead. A small camera called an endoscope is used to view the facial tissues. Dr. O’Toole lifts the forehead area, reducing drooping as well as other signs of aging such as creasing, and closes the small incisions. Neck Lift
The neck is often one of the first areas to show signs of aging. As we age, the neck muscles may become more prominent and excess fat may hang beneath the chin. Dr. O’Toole can resolve these signs of aging surgically through a small incision under the chin and, when necessary, another in the ear area. Working through these incisions, Dr. O’Toole can tighten the neck muscles (platysma) and remove any excess fat and tissue. The skin is then redraped over the neck and the incisions are closed. After surgical treatment, the neck looks remarkably younger and contributes greatly to an overall more youthful and refreshed look. If you are interested in neck lift surgery, you may want to consider injectable fillers or facelift surgery as alternative or complementary procedures.
